Day Six

Sometimes it's hard to be happy. Humans are born with such an extreme range of emotions that to stay on one for very long can be challenging. However, here is what I suggest: Feel your emotions. Feel them in every pore of your body, every thought of your head. Let them run through you. Tell someone everything that is bothering you, and cry long and hard. Then, move on.
Get past the negative stage and get on with life. Find something you enjoy- biking, singing, dancing, painting, anything that feeds your soul. Because negative emotions eat up your energy, and the only way to get it back is to do something you love and enjoy it fully. Don't just "have fun". Have the greatest, most joyful fun of your life. Smile, laugh, and don't let the sparkle on your eyes die out. LIVE!!!
